At Homegirl Hike, we create a vibrant community for women to show up for themselves in mind, body, and spirit through movement and community.
Our community offers various social wellness opportunities including walking trails, group workouts, yoga, and immersive sound bath experiences designed to promote both physical and mental health.
Our mission is to provide a safe, communal space where women can connect and support each other physically, mentally and socially. We encourage participation from all skill levels and strive to accommodate families, making our activities both inclusive and accessible.
